Our work has one clear focus: your child's individual needs. In order for us to support your child's development in the best possible way, we employ people with different educational training, backgrounds and skills. Children are given a Key Person when they start at pre-school who will help them settle, learn and develop. However the whole team take an interest in all the children to ensure they get the very best care and education.
All staff will hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate, as well as the relevant Safeguarding training. All members of staff attend further training courses, which will enable them to develop and bring new ideas and experiences to the pre-school.
